About Aimee Del Valle
Aimee Del Valle is a British artist based in France. Her paintings are inspired by people around the world, their thoughts and emotions, and all things living. Life is always the key element of her paintings and each work conveys a moment in time, a feeling, an emotion. Del Valle paints exclusively in watercolor and works in a comparatively loose and liberal technique. She allows the paint to create its own rhythms and imperfections, reminiscent of real life. She enjoys playing with bold, strong colors and lines and often prefers to leave lines raw rather than smoothing and blending.
