Tina Higgins was born and raised in the country outside of Portland, Oregon. Her childhood influences of crafting and animals, and her love of flea markets; can be clearly seen in her artwork. Her vintage-inspired images of travel, wildlife and florals are perfect for decorating every room in the house.
