About Inspired By Yves Klein
The French conceptual artist Yves Klein is best known for his creation of a specific hue titled, International Klein Blue (IKB), and the monochromatic series of paintings that followed. The art in this collection is inspired by Klein's IKB epoch, the time in which he created his series of intensely hued blue monochrome paintings and his use of performance and the human body in his "Anthropometries" series.
