Cemetery

The word Cemetery comes from the Greek for 'sleeping place' and refers to land designated as a burial ground. They range greatly in appearance, from the elaborate and stately monuments of Pere Lachaise in Paris and St. Louis in New Orleans, to the quiet simplicity of Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C.
