Philippe Hugonnard

Philippe Hugonnard is a French Photographer, born in Geneva, Switzerland. Using a variety of digital media, he creates beautiful and unique photographs. From Manhattan to Paris to Tokyo, Hugonnard's photos bring an imaginative element to urban landscapes around the world.

The particular atmosphere of the Japanese streets at night on a rainy day gave me the idea to create this collection called "Behind the window". The colors of the many Japanese neon lights stand out through the water droplets that run down the glass. The dark night of the city reinforces this impression of surrealism and makes us discover Japan in a surprising and original way. One rainy evening in Tokyo, not far from the famous pedestrian crossing of Shibuya, the turquoise blue neon lights that reflect in the glass, create a relatively peaceful atmosphere despite the rain falling on the city. This collection includes 10 Artworks.
