James Jacques Joseph Tissot

<p>Jacques Joseph Tissot, better known as James Tissot, was a French painter, illustrator, and caricaturist. He is best known for his genre paintings of European high society, which focused on women's fashion of the Belle Époque and Victorian England, but he also explored many medieval, biblical, and Japanese subjects also.</p>
