Five of the seven defendants, Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, David Dellinger, Tom Hayden, Rennie Davis, were sentenced to five years in prison. In 1972, all of the convictions were reversed due to the bias Judge Julius Hoffman.</p>
