George Barbier

<p>George Barbier (1882–1932), also known as Georges Augustin Barbier, is one of the great French illustrators of the early twentieth century. He is famous for his elegant art deco works that were heavily influenced by East Asian and Parisian couture. His works pushed the envelope with bright colors and content deemed shocking for the time period.</p>
