Scott Jarvie

Scott Jarvie grew up in the San Diego area and loves to travel with his camera by his side. His collection of photographs include Mormon Temples, each one lovingly captured during his excursions around the United States.

Located just outside of Hartford in Farmington, Connecticut, the Hartford Connecticut Temple was announced in October 2010 and dedicated in November 2016. Farmington happens to be the birthplace and childhood home of Wilford Woodruff, the fourth president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Hartford Connecticut Temple was built on an 11-acre parcel at the corner of Farmington Ave and Melrose Dr. This is the second temple built in New England, following the Boston Massachusetts Temple (2000), and the first built in Connecticut.
