Huckleberry Bushes In A Burn

Item # 2959254

Ursula Abresch

Ursula Abresch's unique photography style can be classified as photo-impressionism, which allows for the abstraction of subjects; it makes it possible to express feelings without having to say a word, and to put down thoughts, dreams, and fleeting moments in time. She plays with color and uses it almost as if it were the subject itself.

Abstract image of a bunch of huckleberry bushes in glorious Autumn red, in between a bunch of tree trunks blackened and stripped in a wildfire. The image was made in the mountains close to Rossland, British Columbia, Canada in early October, 2022. It was made using the ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) technique. This technique creates the colorful stripes in the image, and serves to give a good impression of the place. Ursula Abresch Abstract Trees Collection
