Ryan Rice is best known for his humorously themed ‘Pun Paintings’. The idea for this concept of the ‘pun paintings’ genre came about in college but can be traced back to his childhood. Visual Artists who are an inspiration to Ryan include but are not limited to: Salvador Dali, Henry Matisse, Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg, Marcel Duchamp and Jasper Johns.
