Lewis Hine
This American photographer used his camera to capture the injustices of labor laws in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, focusing on bringing to light the child labor system. Later, he went on to photograph philanthropic efforts of World War I and the labor put into creating constructions like the Empire State Building.
