The Raleigh North Carolina Temple is located in Apex, just outside of North Carolina's capital city. The temple was dedicated in February 1999 by Loren C. Dunn and again in December of that year by Gordon B. Hinckley. The dedication was attended by many people who had ties to historical figures in the Church of Latter-day Saints past.
