Mike Moats is an award-winning macro photographer from Sterling Heights, Michigan. Photography started out as a hobby for Moats in 2001, but it has now become his full-time business. His specialty is capturing outdoor close-ups and showing his viewers the intricate beauty of the nature all around us. In addition to taking photographs, he also hosts photography workshops, speaks at photo conferences, authored a book, and has been published in various magazines.
