The bridge is usually jammed with bumper-to-bumper traffic at this time but beacause of an air raid drill in New Jersey, all traffic was stopped. This sight is seldom seem by motorists who cross to span to and from work. Other bridges and tunnels linking the two states were closed at the same time.</p>
