The Story of Africa: The Bantu. A war-dance being performed in the ritual compound at Zimbabwe, round the sacred drums of the tribe. The strange looking axe and spear heads were found in similar compounds not far away. The long cloak with animal tails marks out its wearer as a member of the nobility. Original artwork from Look and Learn no. 330 (11 May 1968).
