Mark Adlington is a contemporary wildlife artist who grew up by the ocean in Ireland. After attending art school, he traveled around the world seeking elusive subjects with his sketchbooks and reference footage to then recreate them with paint back at his studio. Adlington uses oil paints, watercolors, and charcoal mediums to depict the unique movements of wild animals in their natural habitats. His art has been shown at many exhibitions, while his illustrations have also been included in books.
